Terms & Conditions Jalak4D – Malaysia Betting Platform Rules

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or using any service provided by Jalak4D, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document.

Jalak4D reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time. Documents that may be required include a copy of your national identity card (MyKad), passport, or other official documents confirming your identity and age. Accounts will be suspended while the verification process is ongoing.

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) account on the platform Jalak4D. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of all balances and winnings.

• If a match is postponed or cancelled before the 75th minute (football), the bet will be voided and funds returned

Liability limit Jalak4D applicable in all circumstances:

• Jalak4D is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform
• Under no circumstances shall Jalak4D's maximum liability to any player exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim
• Jalak4D is not liable for any technical failures arising from the player's device, internet connection, or third-party software
